4 Days Tanzania Wildlife Safari in Serengeti

We take you to one of the world’s most gifted Savannah parks, located in Tanzania’s northern safari circuit, on this 4-days Tanzania Wildlife Safari in Serengeti. The Serengeti National Park is one of the most well-known in Africa, with an unrivaled population of wildebeests, which form one of the world’s natural wonders during the annual wildebeest migration through the Serengeti ecosystem to Kenya’s Masai Mara, accompanied by thousands of zebras, gazelles, and other animals.

The eyes never get tired of glancing at the breathtaking landscape, lush vegetation, the big cats, water bodies and many more animals. Activities to be done are not limited to game drive, nature walk, cultural tour, city tour and photography. The journey begins and ends in Arusha, Tanzania.

Detailed trip

Day 1: Transfer to Serengeti National Park

On the first day of your 4-day Tanzanian adventure in Serengeti National Park, be picked up and briefed by a representative from our company, who will explain what to expect in the park and around the country. The drive to Serengeti National Park takes you north of Tanzania, along a Murram and tarmac road with vistas of rolling hills and lush flora. Lunch will be served en route, as you will be arriving at the park lodge around sunset for refreshments, dinner, and overnight.

Day 2: Full day game drive

Go on a full day game viewing experience around the park, with breakfast in the wild and a picnic lunch, after sunrise breakfast at the lodge. This session will last for approximately 5 hours and the last session will last for about three hours at sunset. A game drive allows you to learn more about the animal kingdom and identify different species of wildlife by name and appearance.

The lions, wildebeests, gazelles, impalas, African elephants and Cape Buffaloes are among the notable animals to look out for, though some are difficult to find.

When everything is finished and settled, dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.

Day 3: Bird watching and cultural tour

With your gaze fixed on the birds, you will begin your day. This will take place for the first two to three hours of the day, beginning at sunrise, with an expert birder explaining the distinct characteristics of the birds, their names, and their habitat. Following that, you’ll return to the lodge for breakfast, some rest, and an early lunch.

After lunch, see the Maasai people, who are known for their traditional clothing, livestock herding, and jumping while dancing to traditional tunes. You’ll be led through the cattle kraals, forced to investigate the manyattas, and then treated to a traditional dance before dinner and a sweet night’s sleep at the lodge.

Day 4: Departure and optional city tour

After breakfast, check out of the lodge and drive on leisure to Arusha city for your return flight. Some activities, like as a city tour, souvenir shopping, and familiarization with one of the countries’ northern capital cities, may be done depending on your flight schedule. Before the flight, we’ll have lunch in the city and this will mark the end of your 4 days Tanzania Wildlife Safari in Serengeti National Park.
