6 Days Rwanda Gorilla trekking and Wildlife Safari

Day 01: Arrival at Kigali for your Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Trip 

You will be welcomed to Rwanda by our safari representative upon arrival at Kigali international airport, thereafter you will be transferred to Hotel Mille Collins for your overnight stay (Bed and Breakfast)

Day 02: Drive to Akagera National park

After your breakfast, prepare for a transfer to Akagera National park. Located along the North Eastern part of Rwanda, this park is a home to different animal species that include the Giraffes, Elephants, and Buffaloes as well as different bird species. As soon as you arrive to the park, you will be transferred to Akagera Game Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay (Full Board).

Day 03: Game drive and sunset boat

After breakfast, you will start this day with a sunset game drive. Here you will be able to encounter different animal and bird species that reside in this park. Take as may pictures as possible and explore the park to its best. In the afternoon, a sunset boat cruise will make your safari a complete one; here you will be able to spot different animal and bird species, thereafter return for dinner and an overnight stay (Full Board)

Day 04: Transfer to Parc National des Volcanoes

After breakfast, your safari guide will transfer you to one of the best safari destinations in Rwanda, Volcanoes National park. This park is blessed with the rare mountain Gorillas that will give you a memorable African safari experience. You will check in at Villa Gorilla Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay (Full Board).

Day 05: Gorilla tracking in Parc National des Volcanoes

After breakfast, your safari guide will lead you to the park headquarters where you will meet the game rangers ready to lead you into the forest for the rwanda Gorilla trekking safari experience. Many other animal species are spotted during the tracking experience in the park. you will return for dinner and an overnight stay at Villa Gorilla lodge.

Day 06: Optional activities and transfer to Kigali

This morning you may choose to participate in other optional activities in park such as golden monkey tracking before returning to Kigali for your international flight marking the end of your Rwanda Gorilla trekking safari
